Women In Motorsport

Motorsport is one of the few sporting activities in which men and women can compete alongside each other on equal terms, and in recent years, the number of women involved across all sectors of motorsport has increased.

On International Women's day we #EmbraceEquality and celebrate female participation within the sport, whether as a competitor, volunteer or employee within the industry.

We are committed to raising awareness of the huge range of opportunities available to women in motorsport, and to promoting gender equality in motorsport to the general public.

Girls on Track UK is an initiative to inspire girls and women into seeing and believing that there is a rightful and valuable place for them in the motorsports industry. This is done through events for girls, community networking group and the opportunity to meet successful women in the motorsport industry through inspirational virtual events.
